Terms & Conditions

Please review the rules, responsibilities, and terms for accessing the Pingoo QR calling software platform.

Last updated: June 11, 2026 • Version 2.0 (Active)

Simple Agreement

By generating a QR code or visiting a host dashboard, you agree to these fair usage regulations.

Fair Calling Limits

System applies rate-limits to protect hosts from spam calling. Scripted automation is banned.

Liability Disclaimer

WebRTC-based signaling depends on network connectivity. Not a replacement for emergency lifelines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Pingoo QR doorbell software, signaling APIs, or dashboard portals (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Pingoo. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pingoo operates a hardware-free signaling system. Residents display dynamic QR codes to establish real-time WebRTC audio sessions with external visitors directly inside default browser environments.

We reserve the right to deploy updates, adjust database storage periods, or temporarily suspend WebRTC signaling servers for scheduled maintenance without prior notification.

3. User Accounts & Security

To register a QR access code, you must create a host account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Pingoo enforces room signaling isolation checks, but system security depends on your account credentials remaining private.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

To preserve reliability, visitors and hosts must adhere to the following rules:

Generating QR codes for private residences, offices, delivery lockers, or commercial buildings.

Flooding signaling endpoints with automated scripts, scraping data, or running denial-of-service tests.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, source code, QR generation algorithms, visual assets, icons, and software components associated with the Pingoo platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Pingoo.

6. Disclaimers & Limits of Liability

THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Because WebRTC audio is peer-to-peer and relies on local mobile device networks, we do not guarantee constant availability. Pingoo is not liable for delayed notifications, visitor communication dropouts, or signal latency caused by third-party internet service providers.
